Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Executive at Zap Africa. The Community Executive will be responsible for managing telegram and discord community engagement, moderating online conversations, organizing events, and creating content to foster a sense of belonging within the community. While the role is based in Lekki, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Experience in community management or customer service


• Proficiency in social media platforms and community engagement tools


• Ability to organize and promote community events


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts diplomatically


• Knowledge of analytics to track community engagement and sentiment


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
