Purpose Statement




  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for identifying and executing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will play a critical part in shaping CredPal’s market presence, ensuring sustainable growth, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns. By combining creativity with analytical expertise, you will help position CredPal as a leader in the fintech industry.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including user acquisition, activation, and retention.

  • Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels across digital and non-digital platforms.

  • Optimize paid and organic channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing.

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to optimize the user funnel, improve conversions, and enhance the customer experience.

  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to identify the most effective strategies for growth.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Develop partnerships and strategic collaborations to expand CredPal’s reach and market presence.



Preferred Qualification & Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably within the fintech, e-commerce, or tech industry.

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency in managing paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of the financial services or fintech industry is a significant advantage.
