Purpose Statement
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for identifying and executing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will play a critical part in shaping CredPal’s market presence, ensuring sustainable growth, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns. By combining creativity with analytical expertise, you will help position CredPal as a leader in the fintech industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels across digital and non-digital platforms.
- Optimize paid and organic channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to optimize the user funnel, improve conversions, and enhance the customer experience.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to identify the most effective strategies for growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop partnerships and strategic collaborations to expand CredPal’s reach and market presence.
Preferred Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably within the fintech, e-commerce, or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in managing paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the financial services or fintech industry is a significant advantage.
