Position Overview

• We are seeking a talented and creative Motion and Video Graphics Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, web, advertisements, presentations, events).


• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content that aligns with the brand's objectives and style guidelines.


• Develop storyboards and visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas before production.


• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, cohesive videos, incorporating motion graphics, transitions, and effects.


• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion graphics, animation, and video production.


• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines without compromising quality.


• Optimize video and motion graphic content for different platforms and resolutions, ensuring seamless playback and quality.


• Work with audio specialists to synchronize soundtracks, voiceovers, and sound effects with video content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).


• Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.


• Familiarity with video codecs, compression techniques, and rendering workflows.


• Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, composition, and storytelling.


• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual identity.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.


• A portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphic and video design work.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of HTML5 animations or interactive media.


• Experience with augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) content creation.


• Photography or cinematography skills.

Soft Skills:
