Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement building designs and proposals.


• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings or design.


• Consulting for Clients.


• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.


• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline.


• Must have 1 - 3 years of relevant experience with portfolios to present.


• Project management skills.


• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.


• Strong creative and visualization skills.


• Excellent presentation and communication techniques.


• Portfolio on previous works.


• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and software programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Adobe Creative suite, Revit e.t.c


• Proximity to Lekki e.g., V.I, Lekki, Ajah etc

Salary

N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
