Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a intermediate level IT Officer who will provide technical support, manage IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's technological infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer configurations, repairs, maintenance, and IT hardware and software upgrades.


• Manage intercom/land phone systems.


• Install and repair biometric machines and CCTV systems.


• Oversee network administration and ensure seamless connectivity.


• Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.


• Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.


• Minimum of 4 years of cognate experience in manufacturing companies.


• Proficiency in IT systems, hardware, and software management.


• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
