- We’re looking for an experienced Hub Manager to join our agile and growing team.
A bit about the role:
- Reporting to the CEO/CCO. As a Hub Manager, the job holder contributes to the continued strong momentum in the business and is responsible for developing the business in the subsidiary’s markets.
- You will be in charge of managing teams to ensure the achievement of the revenue goals of the Business Developers under your responsibility.
- You would need to be strong-minded and stand as a strong leader.
Responsibilities
Your daily adventures include:
- Develop and run commercial activities in the country
- Responsible for developing the business in the subsidiary’s markets (any other country as may be agreed from time to time by the management)
- In charge of managing the teams to ensure the achievement of the revenue goals of the Business Developers under your responsibility
- Responsible for the identification and understanding of customer needs in the marketplace
- Take part in the discussions with other Country Managers and Business Developers at the Group level in order to share best practices
- Ensure the competence-building of your team through training plans tailored to the needs of each member
- Increase the revenue by integrating new partners and identifying new prospects
- Lead the deployments and management of the country
- Ensure the activity reporting
Requirements
What it takes to succeed:
- Higher Education in Business, Marketing or Engineering (Master's Degree or Post-Graduate Degree)
- At least 10 years of working experience
- Management of sales teams
- Proficiency in reporting tools
- Commercial mindset
- Good knowledge of financial services and/or bank and Fintech industry
- Good knowledge of distribution networks
- Ability to cope with failure and stress
- Listening skills, leadership
- Autonomous, able to take initiative, and rigorous
- Team player
- French-speaking is a plus
- CRM is a plus
- Entrepreneurial as a plus.
