Major Responsibilities




  • Oversee and manage office operations to ensure smooth daily activities within the real estate office.

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for senior executives and teams.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring that all communication is addressed promptly.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure that all administrative functions are organized and efficient.

  • Organize meetings, conferences, and client visits, including logistics and preparation of documents and materials.

  • Maintain and update client records, property listings, and company databases.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for senior management and clients.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain office functions.

  • Perform other administrative duties as required, contributing to the efficient operation of the company.



Requirements




  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry Minimum of 5 years experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of real estate procedures and industry terminology is an advantage.

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc or M.Sc holder or additional certification in office management or business administration is a plus.
