Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, multilingual professional to join our team in Abuja as a Dual-Role English Tutor and Customer Relations Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive English language tutoring for international standardized tests including IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE


• Assist clients with test registration and preparation materials


• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional client support


• Communicate effectively with prospective and current clients about educational and immigration services


• Maintain detailed client records and follow up on client interactions


• Represent Zinchi International professionally in all client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field


• Proven experience in English language teaching and test preparation


• Excellent command of written and spoken English


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software


• Problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation


• Ability to work flexible hours.

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of international English proficiency exams


• Extensive knowledge about Study Abroad and Immigration services


• Excellent verbal and written communication


• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching and customer service


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
