Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be expected to:
- Maintain a seamless onboarding process.
- Train, counsel, and coach the staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Conduct performance and wage reviews.
- Create clear policies and increasing policy awareness.
- Payroll administration as well as the implementation of employee compensation/benefits package.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
- 2 - 3 years work experience
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of relevant health, Labour and safety laws.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Immediate resumption.
Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
