Requirements

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Current Unit Managers nominated Unit Managers, or experienced agents with at least 5 years of sales experience within the insurance sector.


• A Unit Manager is required to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.


• Applicants should have experience managing a team of no fewer than 10 agents.


• Candidates must be team-oriented and goal-driven individuals with a demonstrated track record of success.

• A strong expertise in the sales of Retail or Corporate Life Insurance products is essential.


• The ability to recruit and effectively build a team of sales agents is a crucial requirement
