Job Summary

The legal associate will provide legal advice, draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the organization in legal and compliance matters.

The legal associate is expected to work closely with cross functional teams and ensure adherence to all legal standards.

Key Responsibilities for the legal associate:

• Legal advisory for the business.


• Drafting and proper documentation.


• Client management.


• Litigation support.


• Compliance with Nigerians laws and regulations.

Requirements

• LL.B in law from a recognised institution.


• 1-2 years post call experience.


• Must have completed NYSC.


• Must great soft and technical skills.


• Must be ethical, adaptable and a good team player
