*What you'll do *

• Support key stakeholders with problem definition and solution.


• Coach on how to improve any area of software delivery within a team (e.g. agility, design, pipelines, testing).


• Help design solutions to problems, in line with the Architectural vision and other Engineering Initiatives.


• Workshops or 1:1 coaching on development practices such as pair programming, Test -Driven Development and planning.


• Be in charge of the web development.

*Requirements *

• An extremely capable, organised, autonomous individual.


• Deep technical knowledge and proven delivery of Web applications in JavaScript, React and TypeScript.


• Strong understanding, application and belief in automated testing.


• Deep knowledge of responsive design and re-useable components.


• Strong understanding of Performance Optimisation.


• Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimisation.


• Strong, proven experience in the delivery of Web applications that perform at scale.


• Proven experience in continuously delivering high-quality code within agile teams.


• Experience with Git and Version Control tools.


• Strong understanding of Next.js.
