Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
System Deployment and Demonstration:
- Responsible for the deployment of the company's products, ensuring the system runs stably.
- Conduct system demonstrations and application installation guidance, providing users with clear operational procedures.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Implement daily system monitoring to ensure high availability of services.
- Manage the alert system, respond to and handle alerts in a timely manner to minimize system downtime.
Technical Coordination and Service Interface:
- Responsible for interfacing with local technical service providers to ensure smooth technical services.
- Conduct periodic road testing, record test results, and provide data support for system optimization.
- Liaise with the driver team, communicate issues encountered with the driver app, and provide guidance for resolution.
Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
- Interface with the customer service team to provide necessary technical support and resolve technical issues encountered by users.
- Follow up and handle user feedback, record detailed processing and results, and form a knowledge base for future reference.
Market Research and User Requirement Analysis:
- Collect up-to-date market information and competitor intelligence to inform company decisions.
- Conduct user interviews and surveys, record original user requirements, and provide direction for product improvements.
User Experience and Issue Resolution:
- Assist in handling online issues, follow up on the progress of problem resolution, and ensure user satisfaction.
- Propose product optimization suggestions based on user feedback and market changes to enhance the user experience.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, but not a must.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in system deployment and maintenance is preferred.
Skills:
- Familiar with the Internet, able to use tablets, mobile phones (iOS and Android systems), computers, etc.
- Familiar with system deployment processes and application installation.
- Proficient in the use of system monitoring tools and alert systems.
- Possess good communication skills and technical coordination abilities.
- Capable of conducting road tests and data analysis independently.
- Experience in interfacing with customer service, able to quickly understand and solve user problems.
- Experience in market research and user interviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills and team spirit.
