Description

• We are seeking to employ a highly skilled and creative Photographer / Graphic Designer to join our team. This position is integral to our marketing and branding efforts, requiring a blend of technical expertise and artistic vision.


• The successful candidate must be experienced and ready to resume by February 3, 2025.

Roles and Responsibilities

Photography:

• Capture high-quality images of properties, company events, and marketing materials.


• Ensure that all photography content aligns with the company’s brand standards and objectives.


• Organize and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is always in excellent condition.


• Edit and enhance photos to meet professional standards for various marketing channels.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.


• Develop branding elements, including flyers, brochures, and promotional content.


• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.


• Incorporate company branding into all graphic design work, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual content.


• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance the company’s visual identity and marketing efforts.


• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company ahead in the industry.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree


• Proven experience in professional photography and graphic design.


• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate or related industries.

Skills:

• Expertise in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).


• Proficiency in photography equipment and editing tools.


• Excellent creative, organizational, and time-management skills.

Attributes:

Preferred Qualifications:
