Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team at Howbury School.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the curriculum.


• Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.


• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.


• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress regularly.


• Incorporate innovative teaching methods and integrate technology where appropriate.


• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and school activities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field.


• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE, TRCN certification) is an advantage.


• 2+ years proven experience teaching English, preferably in a school setting.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
