  • We require a Business Development Executive to drive growth and profitability of the company through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic relationships, and creating strategies to expand our Kwikpay Business Loan presence.

  • We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience in a banking, loan or financial services industry to join our innovative and forward thinking organisation, where we allow our employees to excel and contribute their best to the success of the organisation.



Responsibilities




  • Generally responsible for identifying sales opportunities and leads, pitching and selling our loans and financial services as well as maintaining good relationships with customers and users of our mobile app.

  • Responsible to meet the firm’s approved strategy/plan to facilitate achievement of related short-term and long-term business goals, in the most effective and efficient manner.

  • Ensure company’s target branding, corporate image making, planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

  • Deliver customer base growth, achieve growth targets, and maximize the financial contribution of the business.

  • At the forefront of client retention and lead generation for the business.

  • Planning and working closely with the credit and marketing colleagues to develop new products and services for the business..

  • Manage and oversee the process of enhancing customer service quality and drive the acquisation of new customers.

  • Identify new business development strategies to build and strengthen the business portfolio.

  • Attend industry functions, such as Association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to increase in business.

  • Using the knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation.



Job Requirements




  • Minimum 3 years experience in the area of business development or sales and marketing executive, or a relevant role.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Sufficient knowledge of the market/trends.

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Positive attitude, proactive, eager, and demonstrated experience in the change management process.
