Locations: South-South and South-East
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Manage Distributors/Wholesale Partners
- Create and execute awareness campaigns
- Develop a sales plan and sales strategy for the territory
- Build and Manage a High Performing Sales Team
- Manages sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas
- Assist in processing and replenishing stock at the retail end, and monitoring stock levels
- Communicate customer feedback/ intelligence reporting of tasks assigned periodically.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any field
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role in FMCG
- Well exposed to B2C/B2B Marketing and must have exposure in building and leading, at minimum, a team of 5-10 people.
- Experience with recruiting and or managing Distributor/Wholesaler relationships
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must currently be within the territory applied to (South-South and South-East).
