Locations: South-South and South-East


Responsibilities



  • Recruit and Manage Distributors/Wholesale Partners

  • Create and execute awareness campaigns

  • Develop a sales plan and sales strategy for the territory

  • Build and Manage a High Performing Sales Team

  • Manages sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas

  • Assist in processing and replenishing stock at the retail end, and monitoring stock levels

  • Communicate customer feedback/ intelligence reporting of tasks assigned periodically.


Qualifications / Experience



  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any field

  • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role in FMCG

  • Well exposed to B2C/B2B Marketing and must have exposure in building and leading, at minimum, a team of 5-10 people.

  • Experience with recruiting and or managing Distributor/Wholesaler relationships

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must currently be within the territory applied to (South-South and South-East).
