Responsibilities




  • Repare raw donuts for frying and raw bread for baking.

  • Prepare artisan pastries, bagels, muffins and cookies daily.

  • Bake various bread varieties and fry and prepare various varieties of donuts using prescribed recipes.

  • Make fresh pastries every morning including; Meat pies, fresh rolls, burgers, scotched eggsetc.

  • Assist customers with various requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through utilization of communication and personal interaction skills.

  • Understand proper use of ovens, mixers, scales, and rotating product in walk-in/freezer using FIFO methods.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess minimum of an SSCE qualification with relevant work experience.
