General Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking:




  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences.

  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.



Menu Development:




  • Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer demand, and cost analysis.

  • Create special dishes or themed menus for events.



Kitchen Management:




  • Oversee daily kitchen operations.

  • Assign tasks to kitchen staff and supervise their work.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.



Inventory and Supplies:




  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.

  • Order ingredients and equipment while minimizing waste



Skills and Qualifications




  • Must be able to prepare intercontinental Dishes

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.

  • Creativity: Ability to innovate with recipes and presentation.

  • Leadership: Strong management skills to lead and motivate the kitchen team.
