General Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
Menu Development:
- Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer demand, and cost analysis.
- Create special dishes or themed menus for events.
Kitchen Management:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Assign tasks to kitchen staff and supervise their work.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Order ingredients and equipment while minimizing waste
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be able to prepare intercontinental Dishes
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
