Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and conversant with BPO.

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting

  • Ensure internal controls are in place and operating effectively

  • Perform audits and financial reconciliations as needed.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field

  • 7+ years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

  • Proficiency in accounting software’s

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
