Our client is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Finance Manager, the role is key in supporting financial operations, including management accounting, and financial planning.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting principles to support organizational growth and ensure sound financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to support internal decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with applicable IFRS accounting standards.
- Hold a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA etc.
- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years or more of pertinent experience in an accounting or finance role within a financial services organization or regulated company setting.
