Our client is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Finance Manager, the role is key in supporting financial operations, including management accounting, and financial planning.



This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting principles to support organizational growth and ensure sound financial decision-making.



Responsibilities




  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to support internal decision-making.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on cost control and efficiency improvements.

  • Monitor cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.



Requirement




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • Familiarity with applicable IFRS accounting standards.

  • Hold a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA etc.

  • Possess a minimum of 3-4 years or more of pertinent experience in an accounting or finance role within a financial services organization or regulated company setting.
