  • Our organization is looking for a professional and experienced sales director to oversee our sales department.

  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual with demonstrated managing experience and a strong sales track record.

  • You will be responsible for fulfilling our annual sales targets within designated regions and accounts in this job.


Responsibilities



  • Coordinating the sales team and activities in line with orgnization's overall goal and objective

  • Establishing new business opportunities or sales strategies to boost sales

  • Ensure achievement of overall sales target

  • Ensure seamless flow of operations from end to end

  • Execution of Sales plan and strategies for all product

  • Creation of sales channels and partnerships to improve

  • Drive research for new and disruptive products

  • Work with teams to present real estate products or projects that are ready to go to market

  • Ensure products or projects are well conceptualized"


Requirements



  • Master's degree in Business related field

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in sales lead role

  • Proficiency in Data analysis

  • Ability to drive sales channels to get desired result

  • Clear understanding of target market

  • Strong communications skill

  • Ability to see opportunities in the organizations that'll drive sales

  • Team management skill
