  • Plan and develop menus, including seasonal changes, and create new dishes

  • Ensure food production and hygiene standards are maintained, and that food is prepared and served to a high standard

  • Manage kitchen finances and resources, including ordering stock, controlling costs, and maintaining equipment

  • Ensure guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience

  • Direct kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup

  • Approving dishes before they are served.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 3 - 10 years relevant work experience.
