Job Description

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring smooth execution of all project activities.


• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.


• Conduct site audits to evaluate the quality of work and ensure adherence to project specifications.


• Identify and address potential delays or risks to project timelines.


• Manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal usage.


• Coordinate with other departments to resolve resource-related issues.


• Ensure all work meets Yardoak Project's standards and client expectations.


• Address any quality concerns promptly and effectively.


• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.


• Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.


• Assign tasks to team members and ensure clarity of roles.


• Provide leadership, motivation, and on-the-job training to site staff.


• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, materials used, and progress.


• Submit daily or weekly reports detailing project status, challenges, and recommendations.
