Job Functions
- Answer questions about products and services offered by the company.
- Cold calling and prospecting new customers.
- Ensure adequate information is provided to prospective customers.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements to create a booking.
- Direct prospects (or existing customers) to the appropriate center for the sale of their cars.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Appropriate handling of angry customers to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and bookings while noting all useful information.
- Following up, tracking, and directing customers.
Requirements
We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:
- Candidates should possess a First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in Telemarketing/Telesales
- Experience in sales and knowledge of consumer behaviors
- Must have keen attention to detail, a high level of integrity, and logically sound
- Ability to convince others and explain information in clear terms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package.
