Job Description
Responsibilities
- Compile and maintain the MCD for his/her territory
- Ability to give good product presentations, demonstrate and sell products to potential customers and negotiate terms.
- Serve customers by selling products range and meeting customer needs
- Provide input for MPS and distribution/volume targets for PSKUs
- Services existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new customers by planning and organizing a daily work schedules to call on existing
- or potential sales outlet and other trade factors
- Generating sales leads
- Call on all outlets within the territory as per FJP
- Comply with SFA processes and execute BCP per outlet
- Negotiating all trade deals with prospective customers
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective customer
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting the company program
- Addressing customer’s objections with regards to trading terms, products, prices, and availability
Skills / Qualifications and Experience Required
- High School Diploma
- OND (National Diploma)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales positions
- Ability to ride a motorcycle or motorbike
- Well versed with local area geography
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
Remuneration
N50,000 Monthly.
