Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to lead our Surgical & Imaging Center’s marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and promote our medical services to the community and beyond.
- Drive patient traffic into our Surgical and Imaging Centre.
- Work with center accountant to develop tariffs for services
- Ensure payments are made to the center appropriately.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with the medical community.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for services and products.
- Conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys
- Patient complaints management
- Design and manage all aspects of our marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends affecting our industry.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare marketing
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a clinical related degree.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare marketing.
