We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our luxury fashion house team. As a key member of our production team, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of our luxury fashion products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production process, from design to delivery


• Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives


• Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and quality standards


• Develop and implement efficient production processes and quality control measures


• Source and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors


• Analyze production data and provide insights for process improvements

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in production management within the luxury clothing and women's fashion industry.


• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and production processes


• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines


• Proficient in MS Office and production management software


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
