Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Country Manager. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the Country Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in google workspace or Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- A Youth Corp member is preferred
