Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across multiple departments.


• Complete assigned projects and tasks within specified deadlines


• Shadow senior team members to understand operational workflows


• Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance skill set


• Provide support to departments by undertaking various administrative and operational tasks


• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions


• Prepare reports and presentations based on collected data


• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering


• Recent graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Eager to learn and take on new challenges


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
