Job Summary




  • We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The Superintendent Pharmacist will play a pivotal role in overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products.



Job Description




  • The Pharmacist is the next promoter of the business, ensures all team adhere to the values, and follows all processes

  • Responsible for regulatory affairs.

  • Liaising with external bodies and agencies on healthcare and medical matters.

  • Co-ordination of clinical presentations and meetings with private sector clinics, Federal and state government health institutions.

  • Document customer’s records according to the agreed profile

  • Ensuring the quality of medications by assessing their identity, strength and purity

  • Monitor and recommend inventory to ensure customer's expectations are met through close monitoring of stock levels, recording out-of-stock, and recommending brands to list on shelf

  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

  • Duly resolve all conflicts and escalate appropriately

  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking medications.

  • Provide monthly reports as may be required

  • Perform other duties as may be delegated



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with 1 -5 years’ experience.

  • Experience working in a pharmacy

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Must be resident in Abuja, and familiar with health institutions in the city.
