Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow the sales of our fresh and frozen poultry products. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a high-performing sales team to expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow fresh and frozen poultry product sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
- Manage, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the food or poultry industry.
- Knowledge of fresh and frozen poultry markets in Nigeria.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
