Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
