Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.

  • As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
