Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Procurement Specialist to join our team.


• The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies.


• This is a mainland-based position with a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire procurement process from sourcing to purchasing.


• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget constraints.


• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.


• Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering processes to avoid shortages or excess stock.


• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products.


• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.


• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.


• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on procurement activities and expenditures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.


• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
