Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing and sales strategies.


• Create and overseeing marketing campaigns.


• Ensure the company meets the sales targets.


• Handle complaints/feedbacks of the clients.


• Negotiate deals with the clients.


• Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.


• Answer client’s questions in a professional manner.


• Participate in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.


• Create awareness of the products and services offered by the company.


• Write monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.


• Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.


• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.


• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.


• Create promotional materials (brochures, flyers, social media content).


• Manage social media platforms and online advertising.


• Collaborate with designers and agencies on advertising and branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing Officer.


• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
