Job Description
We're seeking a friendly and organized Spa Front Desk Officer to join our spa team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings, and maintaining a serene and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, responding to their inquiries and providing information about our spa services
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments
- Handle client payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Provide general administrative support to the spa team
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Female candidates are preferred for this role
- Residing in or around Ikoyi is highly desirable
