Coordinate recruitment process, review applications/resumes; assist manager with screening applicants.
Collaborate with Group ER to coordinate new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
Identify employee needs regarding performance, training, and career development. Make recommendations accordingly to line managers and head of Business
Help drive creation of awareness of the Performance Management system and its processes in the organization.
Monitor performance evaluation process for E & P and OFSE entities.
Provide direct support to the HR business partner in the areas of organizational design, Change Management, succession planning, and learning & development activities.
In addition to the Group ERs efforts, create and deploy entity-specific Employee engagement activities and initiatives to keep staff members in our various business locations motivated and build their trust
Requirements:
A B.Sc. degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field
Minimum of 4 years work experience with relevance to human resource generalist role.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team and build effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
