We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join the team in a bridal fashion brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and providing exceptional customer service.



Salary: ₦150,000/month + other perks



Requirements




  • BSC/HND in a relevant field of study.

  • Proven work experience in customer service/operations management in the fashion industry.

  • Proficiency in digital work tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, MS Office suites, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients brilliantly.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of orders.

  • Follow up with production team on client orders and relay feedback to clients.

  • Document order progress and setbacks on production worksheets.

  • Create and share meeting and fitting schedules with clients and team members.

  • Log in deliverables and liaise with logistics partners.

  • Create weekly and monthly deliverables/targets sheets.

  • Follow up with clients post-order to ensure satisfaction.

  • Attend to client remarks or complaints and provide meaningful solutions.

  • Collate reviews, professional pictures and vendor list for fulfilled orders.
