Planning:

- Select and use materials to help students achieve those objectives
- Plan teaching-learning experiences
Teaching:
- Deliver lessons based on the national curriculum, Present lessons in a comprehensive way, Use visual and audio aids to facilitate learning, and Provide individualized instruction.
Class management:
- Maintain discipline, Encourage student participation, Assess and report on student behavior, and Provide educational and social guidance.
- Creating a positive learning environmentCreate a positive and engaging classroom environment, Promote enthusiasm for learning, and Collaborate with other teachers and administrators.
Assessing students:
- Understand how and why students might be struggling
- Be patient with students who are struggling
Professional development:
- Attend webinars and teaching conferences and Undertake professional development.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 10 years relevant work experience.
