Job Summary
- The Creative Lead is a dynamic and innovative professional responsible for leading the creative direction of the Brand and Marketing Communication department.
- This role involves overseeing creative projects, ensuring the consistency and quality of marketing materials, and driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic design and marketing initiatives.
- He/she possesses a strong background in creative design, brand development, and marketing strategies, and will be adept at working with a team of creative professionals to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, and support the efforts of copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, and website designs.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all marketing materials and resonates appropriately with the brand's essence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Conduct periodic audits of creative assets to maintain alignment with brand standards.
- Evaluate and approve all creative deliverables before they are published or distributed.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of creative campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
- Oversee workload distribution, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- First degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a creative or marketing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in deployment of multiple design software application.
- Exceptional storytelling, design, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of branding.
- Basic understanding of consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to translate complex ideas into compelling creative strategies.
