Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Sales & Marketing:
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's services.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and service offerings.
Administrative:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Assist with the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the medical diagnostic industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
