Package: ₦150,000 net monthly + commission



Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, with a strong background in recruitment, banking, insurance, or HMO industries. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading a team, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities to contribute to the company's expansion and success.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Drive revenue generation by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and maximize market penetration.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Manage key accounts and oversee negotiations and contract closures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client feedback.

  • Proactively identify market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.



Requirements:




  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales management experience.

  • Experience in recruitment, banking, insurance, or HMO industries.

  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong background in business development and revenue generation.

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market data and create effective sales strategies.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
