  • The scope of a digital marketer/Content Developer role encompasses a wide range of digital media, including social media, search engines, email, content creation and online advertising.

  • The primary goal is to connect with target audiences, drive engagement and achieve business objectives through digital means.

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer/Content Developer to join our dynamic team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and services.

  • This role also includes creating engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and website traffic.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce creative and high-quality content.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other digital platforms.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content development.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:




  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
