Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and website traffic.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce creative and high-quality content.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content development.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- Experience in video editing and multimedia content creation.
