About the Role




  • The Regional Sales Manager will drive the growth of non-life insurance products across the Northern Region.

  • This role involves leading branch operations, managing client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead regional sales operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, client retention, and profitability.

  • Supervise and mentor branch sales teams to meet individual and regional targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, ensuring high retention rates.

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels.

  • Monitor branch performance and ensure timely submission of reports.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and maintain effective risk management practices.



Minimum Qualifications




  • 7–15 years post-NYSC experience, with a proven track record in insurance sales leadership.

  • BSc/HND in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).

  • Strong network within the insurance industry.
