The Regional Sales Manager will drive the growth of non-life insurance products across the Northern Region.
This role involves leading branch operations, managing client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, client retention, and profitability.
Supervise and mentor branch sales teams to meet individual and regional targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, ensuring high retention rates.
Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels.
Monitor branch performance and ensure timely submission of reports.
Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and maintain effective risk management practices.
Minimum Qualifications
7–15 years post-NYSC experience, with a proven track record in insurance sales leadership.
BSc/HND in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
