We are seeking an experienced Territory Development Representative to join our team in Egbe, Kogi State.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
