Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Carryout preventive maintenance of utility and plant equipment.


• Installation and maintenance of electrical switch gear above 2MW capacity.


• Supervision of installation of power cables, cable trays, mechanical pipeline.


• Understand local and international standards and specifications of mechanical and electrical works.


• Supervise and monitor project works and regular maintenance works.


• Understands electronics, PLC and modern electronic applications.


• Appreciable understanding of occupational safety standards.


• Prevent introduction of food safety hazard into the product when carrying out  assigned job.     

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering.


• Additional qualification in business-related studies (ie MBA) will be an added advantage.


• Proven work experience in a similar position within the F&B industry.


• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to analyze impact of equipment down-time and timely take informed decision.


• Self-driven and able to motivate team members to work in line with business goals.


• Capable of utilizing available resources and deliver optimal results.


• Passionate about team training and technical improvement.


• Ability to promote self-discipline amongst team members.
