Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Carryout preventive maintenance of utility and plant equipment.
- Installation and maintenance of electrical switch gear above 2MW capacity.
- Supervision of installation of power cables, cable trays, mechanical pipeline.
- Understand local and international standards and specifications of mechanical and electrical works.
- Supervise and monitor project works and regular maintenance works.
- Understands electronics, PLC and modern electronic applications.
- Appreciable understanding of occupational safety standards.
- Prevent introduction of food safety hazard into the product when carrying out assigned job.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- Additional qualification in business-related studies (ie MBA) will be an added advantage.
- Proven work experience in a similar position within the F&B industry.
- Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze impact of equipment down-time and timely take informed decision.
- Self-driven and able to motivate team members to work in line with business goals.
- Capable of utilizing available resources and deliver optimal results.
- Passionate about team training and technical improvement.
- Ability to promote self-discipline amongst team members.
