Responsibilities
Installation:
- Set up cold rooms, including refrigeration systems, insulation, and control panels.
- Assemble and connect refrigerant piping, electrical systems, and temperature control devices.
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation to maintain temperature consistency.
Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and fans.
- Check refrigerant levels and refill as needed.
- Clean coils, filters, and drainage systems to prevent blockages.
- Inspect for leaks, corrosion, or wear in the system.
Repairs:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues like cooling failure, electrical malfunctions, or compressor problems.
- Replace faulty components such as thermostats, motors, and wiring.
- Repair refrigerant leaks and re-pressurize the system.
System Optimization:

Skills Required

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of refrigerants (like R-404A, R-134a) and their handling.
- Familiarity with safety standards, including F-Gas regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Work Conditions
- Cold environments with temperatures ranging from -25°C to 10°C.
- Use of tools like multimeters, pressure gauges, and vacuum pumps.
