Job Summary:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our ESG consulting services. This role requires a deep understanding of ESG principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a proven track record in marketing, particularly in the sustainability or consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives in the ESG space.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our professional services.
- Identify target markets and develop customer personas to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling content that communicates our expertise in ESG consulting, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.
- Work assiduously to produce high-quality content that showcases our expertise.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media channels to enhance online presence.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Brand Management:
- Strengthen the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

- Monitor brand perception and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Market Research /Client Engagement:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the ESG consulting industry.
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.
- Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and other events to showcase our services.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine marketing strategies.
Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and workshops to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consulting, sustainability, or ESG sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and trends.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
