Role Description




  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Officer at Zylus Group International located in Lekki.

  • The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, handling customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assist clients in understanding the real estate market and guide them through the property buying or investment process.

  • Effectively communicate property features and benefits to potential clients.

  • Close deals by negotiating terms and conditions that meet both the company's and clients' needs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

  • Proximity to Lekki axis is an advantage.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years relevant work experience.

  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support abilities

  • Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to various customer needs

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
