This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Officer at Zylus Group International located in Lekki.
The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, handling customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist clients in understanding the real estate market and guide them through the property buying or investment process.
Effectively communicate property features and benefits to potential clients.
Close deals by negotiating terms and conditions that meet both the company's and clients' needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Proximity to Lekki axis is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years relevant work experience.
Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support abilities
Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to various customer needs
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
