Responsibilities




  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Track and manage leave schedules, attendance, and other employee-related data

  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits

  • Serve as the first point of contact for office administration-related inquiries

Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in human resources

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
